A One Woman Show by Malaika Jules

90's Hip-Hop Raised Me is a one woman show about a girl, Young Jules, growing up during hip-hop’s golden era told through a collage of monologue, stand-up comedy, rap and spoken word. Ignored by her father and left alone in her room with her rap albums during hip-hop's golden era, she finds a world she can connect with emerging from her speakers and finds a way to make her dreams come true.

Filmed during the Hollywood Fringe Festival during summer 2023 90sHHRM is now available to stream directly from the artist.
